Ted is an active member of the Tallahassee Writers Association, a dynamic group of both aspiring and published writers in the Big Bend area of North Florida, who work together for mutual inspiration and enlightenment, and to provide writing-related outreach to area schools and the rest of the community. TWA's website is www.tallahasseewriters.net. It's a great place for information on writing conferences, contests and many other things scriptorial.

Another interesting and valuable site is www.newbardspress.com "where writers go to be read. Where readers go to be inspired. An on-line writing community for the bard in us all."

Ted's absolute favorite author of YA novels is Chris Crutcher, who really understands how  real young people think and feel. Reading Crutcher led Ted to writing his own YA stories. Crutcher has two great websites: www.chriscrutcher.com and www.aboutcrutcher.com.
